Licensed in 2007. After years of marketing for a variety of mid-size and large companies, I went from macro to micro. Marketing a property is different, yet similar to marketing a company. The time I spent providing in depth analyses for companies is now translated into my thorough analyses of residential markets. I am a lover of knowledge and information, but more importantly, I love communicating the information. Knowledge can provide a peace of mind and clarity that is extremely important when making one of the most important purchases in your life.
I was fortunate that I entered the real estate business as an established marketing professional. This means you get a REALTOR with a trained eye to spot patterns and trends. One of my many hats is a Master Facilitator. I transition conversations from “how quickly can you sell my home?” to “how long do I have to move my things?” or “I can’t believe we are getting the house we love!” I am a member of the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors, and on the board of directors for Project Boon, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization who helps out surrounding cities in the Inland Empire.
